If you do not currently have insurance, Foot & Ankle Physicians, P.A. offers very reasonable rates for treatment of foot and ankle pain. For uninsured patients payment is due at the time the service is provided. To inquire about costs for treatment of a particular foot or ankle condition, please contact our office.
Our office accepts most insurance plans including various HMOs and PPOs, most of which are listed below. If your provider is not on the list, please contact our office at (727) 266-0886 to verify coverage and to set an appointment to see Dr. Goodman or Dr. Elizabeth Annis.
